*We noticed the tip of a large ship slowly entering the bay* My next course were prawns, grilled and touched with few drops of aromatic honey. Bees are grazing on rosemary, sage, lavender here. Wash your hands first, and eat with fingers. Lick your fingers clean afterwards. It's essential to the recipe, really. *The magnificent sailing ship was half-way in the bay* We ordered the wine of the house - recommended by the owner. Good restaurants usually have good wine of the house, it's one of the things they build their reputation on. This wine was excellent, playful and velvety with subtle floral scents. *We had to go observe the mooring of that ship, so we didn't get drunk and silly*
